The Person Behind the Brand
Hi, I'm Rachel. I've spent years inside the church world — not on the outside looking in, but in the rooms where the real work happens. Building systems, solving problems, and figuring out how to make things actually work for the people doing the hardest jobs with the fewest resources.
I've seen what changes when the right systems are in place — when the tools match the mission and the strategy is clear.
I've seen what it looks like when an organization is held together by workarounds and willpower. Spreadsheets doing the job of databases. Communication chains held together by memory. Teams burning out not because the work is too hard, but because the systems make it harder than it needs to be.
And I've seen the other side — what happens when someone takes the time to understand how an organization actually operates and builds something that fits.
Systems That Care grew out of a simple conviction: churches and nonprofits deserve better. Better tools, better strategy, better support. Not the corporate leftovers — something built for the way they actually work.

Why “We”
You'll notice we say “we” — not because there's a faceless team behind a logo, but because this work has never been solo. “We” is me and my clients. It's the collaborators who show up with expertise I don't have. It's the future team this brand is built to hold.
Systems That Care is designed to grow. The brand is bigger than any one person — and that's the point.
